Some 10,000 adults participated in the survey by Dr.Neil Stanley, director of sleep at the University of Surrey, said there's a scientific reason why men in particular are prone to the more common practice of falling asleep soon after sex. "The blood rush after climax depletes the muscles of energy-producing glycogen, leaving men feeling physically drained.
